Easy to get started

Decided to give Kleverbill a shot after hearing about automated payment stuff. Got the 14-day test version and it was surprisingly easy to set up. I just needed to link it up to our system, which wasn't too hard. It started sending out payment reminders on its own, which was pretty cool. Saved us a bunch of time chasing down late payers. Effective, but integration could improve

We got Kleverbill mainly for the automated dunning and payment reminders. It's definitely helped reduce our overdue invoices, which is a big positive. The dashboard for payment receipts is clear and useful. However, the initial API integration for our invoice data was a bit clunky, taking more developer time than anticipated. While their support was helpful, the documentation could be more comprehensive for complex integrations. The cost is fair for the value, but if they could streamline that integration part, it would be a five-star service.

Reliable and consistent

This is my third year using Kleverbill for our Forderungsmanagement. We started with the basic package and have slowly scaled up. They are very reliable. The system consistently handles our Rechnungsversand and Mahnläufe without a hitch. Previous orders were always smooth, and this time was no different. It just works. That consistency is why we keep coming back. We've tried others, but Kleverbill just integrates better with our existing tools.

Good overall, some setup quirks

I signed up for the 14-day test version to try out their automated dunning process. The initial setup for integrating with our accounting system took a bit more back-and-forth than I expected, but their support team was responsive and helped iron out the kinks. Once it was running, the Zahlungsabgleich (payment reconciliation) worked pretty well, catching a few payments we'd missed manually. The White-Label Rechnungsportal was a nice touch for branding. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, being SaaS. I ended up converting to a paid plan after the trial; the efficiency gains are clear, especially with multiple dunning runs. The interface could be a little more intuitive in places, but you get used to it.
